The VirusGEN GMP Stabilizer combined with TransIT-VirusGEN GMP supports the formation of transfection complexes that exhibit minimal growth from 30 minutes to 3 hours, eliminating the need for later stabilization steps to deliver consistent performance (titer, percent full capsids).
The VirusGEN® Transfection Complex Stabilizer is an additive used with TransIT-VirusGEN® Transfection Reagent and RevIT™ AAV Enhancer to reduce the transfection complex volume from 5% to 2% and stabilize the transfection complex for up to three hours without sacrificing performance.
