Description

Confidently increase titer in clinical and pre-clinical processes with the novel RevIT AAV Enhancer, now available in GMP grade. This Ancillary Material is manufactured in ISO 13485 facilities and undergoes more rigorous testing, which aligns with ISO 20399 and USP <1043> standards. The RevIT AAV Titer Enhancer produces 2-4x higher titers across a range of serotypes, cellular growth media formulations, and transfection platforms and drive down upstream manufacturing costs by permitting the use of lower levels of plasmid DNA while maintaining high-quality titers.
