“Shock me like an electric eel.” To creatures sharing an ecosystem in the Amazon, co-existing with electric eels and their jolting aura is a lifelong experience. A group of researchers from Nagoya University explored whether shocks from electric eels could mediate nucleic acid delivery to zebrafish larvae! Could these eels be the living embodiment of the Ingenio® EZporator® Electroporation System?
