2.5X More DNA and Reagent Results in up to 12X More Gene Expression

The indicated cell lines were transfected in duplicate with the recommended amounts of transfection reagent and luciferase expression vector (per 12-well) from the TransIT-LT1 and FuGENE 6 protocols to achieve a final 3:1 ratio. Cells were harvested 24 hours post-transfection and assayed for luciferase activity.
