Use Ingenio® with Amaxa Nucleofector Device
Use Ingenio® Electroporation Solution with the Lonza-Amaxa® Nucleofector® II System for delivery of all nucleic acids; no further optimization is required
The Ingenio Electroporation Kits and Solution can be used with any conventional electroporation instrument, including the Amaxa Nucleofector II System. With the Amaxa Nucleofector, use their recommended program or a preferred user-established protocol. The Ingenio Solution will yield results similar to those obtained using the suggested Amaxa solution and recommended program. Table 1 gives some examples.
