The Ingenio™ Electroporation Solution Provides Superior Efficiency and Greater Cell Viability Compared to Other Electroporation Solutions

The Proof is in the Performance

Cells were electroporated in parallel with an EGFP reporter vector using either the Ingenio™ Electroporation Solution or PBS on a Gene Pulser Xcell™ Eukaryotic System. EGFP expressing cells were identified 24 hours post-electroporation by flow cytometry and presented as a percentage of the live cell population. Experiments were performed in triplicate on three separate days and the data averaged.

DNA was electroporated into cells using either the Ingenio™ Electroporation Solution or PBS on a Gene Pulser Xcell™ Eukaryotic System. Twenty-four hours post-electroporation, cells were assayed for viability by propidium iodide staining and flow cytometry analysis. Experiments were performed in triplicate on three separate days and the data averaged.
