Cells were electroporated with an EGFP reporter vector using the Ingenio
®
Electroporation Solution and a Gene Pulser Xcell™ Eukaryotic System. EGFP expressing cells were identified 24 hours post-electroporation by flow cytometry and presented as a percentage of the live cell population. Experiments were performed in triplicate on three separate days and the data averaged.
